I spent the last week in May with the talented team at The Treefort Collective filming a music video for Got You On My Mind. We descended upon Traverse City’s Wilson Antiques on Front Street and filmed during normal business hours which made for some interesting logistics. There is a lot that goes into setting up a shot to make it just right as many scenes were reflected images. I was able to stand back and watch the team work their magic and then step in to the scene to sing and play. I’m so thankful to the guys for working in projected home movies of my family from the 50’s – 70’s, making it not only a beautiful work of art, but a meaningful piece as well. So grateful to Jane and the staff at Wilson’s for accommodating us, to the volunteer crew, Shawnna Linton for hair, Susan at Venus for Make-Up and my ever supportive husband Joe for keeping us well fed.
